29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13):  Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems, nor were the employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501(b):   a) On March 15, 2024, employees engaged in roofing work were not protected from fall hazards while working at an elevations approximately 10.5 feet above the ground below.  No abatement certification or documentation is required for this item.
