29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(9):The area around the top and/or bottom of a ladder was not kept clear. LOCATION: 421 Park Drive, Boston, MA. 2nd floor. On March 20, 2024, and times previous the General Contractor did not keep the top of the ladder clear. Debris or material at the top of the ladder resulted in a fall hazard for employees.
