Seat belts for agricultural and light industrial tractors shall meet the seat belt requirements of Society of Automotive Engineers J333a-1970, Operator Protection for Agricultural and Light Industrial Tractors.  (a) Throughout the construction site - On or about March 20, 2024, the employer had employee operate the all-terrain forklift to move material throughout the work site without ensuring the seat belt was being used exposing employee to struck by hazards.
