29 CFR  1926.501(b)(1):Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems.  (a)	top of building - On or about March 20, 2024, the employer had his employees work from the top outside framed walls to fasten roof tresses being lowered by crane without any type of fall protection system exposing employees to fall hazards.

29 CFR  1926.602(a)(2)(i):Seat belts shall be provided on all equipment covered by this section and shall meet the requirements of the Society of Automotive Engineers, J386-1969, Seat Belts for Construction Equipment. Seat belts for agricultural and light industrial tractors shall meet the seat belt requirements of Society of Automotive Engineers J333a-1970, Operator Protection for Agricultural and Light Industrial Tractors.  (a) Throughout the construction site - On or about March 20, 2024, the employer had employee operate the all-terrain forklift to move material throughout the work site without ensuring the seat belt was being used exposing employee to struck by hazards.
