29 CFR  1910.134(g)(1)(i)(A):Respirators with tight-fitting facepieces were worn by employees who had facial hair that came between the sealing surface of the facepiece and the face or that interfered with valve function:  On or about March 21, 2024, and at times prior thereto, employees were exposed to inhalation hazards from hazardous chemicals such as HDI when wearing tight-fitting respirators with facial hair that came between the sealing surface of the facepiece and the face during spraying operations.  Crash Champions, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR  1910.134(g)(1)(i)(A), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1638099, citation number 1, item number 2, and was affirmed as a final order on 12/14/2023,  with respect to a workplace located at 691 Bethlehem Pike, 691 Bethlehem Pike, Montgomeryville, PA 18936.
