29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13):Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system:  On or about March 20, 2024, at the residential property under construction, an employee conducting plumbing work was exposed to a fall greater than 6 feet.

29 CFR  1926.503(a)(1): The employer did not provide a training program for each employee who was exposed to fall hazards that enabled each employee to recognize the hazards of falling and train each employee in the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards.  On or about March 20, 2024, employees conducting construction work on the residential property were not trained on the hazards associated with falling from elevated locations.
