29 CFR 1910.134(c)(1):A written respiratory protection program that included the provisions in 29 CFR 1910.134(c)(1)(i) - (ix) with worksite specific procedures was not established and implemented for required respirator use: Building 3 Ford Island: A written respiratory program was not developed for required respirator use. Employees were exposed to respiratory hazards. The U.S. Navy DBA Navy Region Hawaii was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard 29 CFR 1910.134(c)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1694083, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 10/25/2023, with respect to a workplace located at Building 3, Ford Island.
