29 CFR 1910.305(a)(2)(x): Flexible cords and cables were not protected from accidental damage, as might be caused, for example, by sharp corners, projections, and doorways or other pinch points:  Sendero Rig #103: On or about March 27, 2024, outside engine room, a (120V) electrical cable was pinched between the metal suit casing frame and door.  This condition exposed employees to electrical shock hazards.

29 CFR 1910.243(b)(2): Air hose and hose connections used for conducting compressed air to utilization equipment was not designed for the pressure and service to which they were subjected:  Sendero Rig #103: On or about March 27, 2024, rig floor, an air hose used for an air pump, had a worm-driven hose clamp attached to its hose fitting that was not designed to be used on an air hose. The employer did not use air hose connection designed for pressure exposing employees to struck-by hazards.
