OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1):  The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees:  a) On or about March 12, 2024, at BGME, LLC dba  Eagle Ridge Golf Course located at  13605 Del Webb Blvd., Summerfield, FL, at the designated burn site near the drainage area behind Heritage Lake #4:  The employer exposed employees to fire hazards while conducting a controlled burn activity in that flammable and combustible liquids, including diesel fuel, waste oils containing an unknown mixture of chemicals, and gasoline were used to initiate the burn.
