29 CFR 1926.701(b):All protruding reinforcing steel, onto and/or into which employees could fall, was not guarded to eliminate the hazard of impalement: Side walk/curb in front of Shell gas station (5160 Austell Rd Austell GA. 30106) On or about March 28, 2024, and times prior, the employer exposed employees to impalement hazards in that rebar caps were not provided to employees while installing 24 and 36 inch round steel concrete forming stakes to form the curb.
