1910.180(d)(1)  "Initial inspection." Prior to initial use all new and altered cranes shall be inspected to insure compliance with provisions of this section.  On or about April 8, 2024, at the well site, workers were exposed to struck-by hazards while pulling a sucker rod string utilizing a workover rig to unseat a subsurface pump.
