29 CFR  1910.269(d)(2)(iv)(B): The procedure did not clearly and specifically outline the procedural steps for shutting down, isolating, blocking and securing machines or equipment to control hazardous energy:  On or about April 4, 2024, and times prior thereto at Block # 79 of the jobsite employees conducted troubleshooting operations to repair electrical ground faults without the necessary procedure to clearly shut down electrical circuits.

1910.332(c)  Type of training. The training required by this section shall be of the classroom or on-the-job type. The degree of training provided shall be determined by the risk to the employee.  On or about April 4, 2024, and times prior thereto the employer did not fully document the classroom training that is provided to its employees regarding recognized and generally accepted safe electrical work practices.
