29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Employees engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8m) or more above the lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems:  a) 10399 Lowell St. Lot 36 Mobile AL; On or about April 17, 2024, and at times prior, the employer allowed his employees to perform framing activities without fall protection exposing his employees to a fall hazard of up to 8 feet 7 inches to the ground below.

29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1): The employer did not provide a training program for each employee who was exposed to fall hazards that enabled each employee to recognize the hazards of falling and train each employee in the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards:  a) 10399 Lowell St. Lot 36 Mobile AL; On or about April 17, 2024, and at times prior, the employer allowed his employees to perform roofing activities without first ensuring his employee was trained on the hazards associated with falls to include but not limited to setting up and inspecting fall protection exposing his employees to a fall hazard of 8 feet 7 inch to the ground below.
