Landenberg, PA 19311 - Phase II Garage Bay Catwalk Area: Employee cleaning the conveyor walking on the catwalks were exposed to falls of approximately 14 feet to the ground level while working on a catwalk with open floor holes.  a) East side of rear catwalk b) West side of rear catwalk  Condition noted on or about April 18, 2024.
