29 CFR  1926.102(a)(1):  The employer did not ensure that each affected employee used appropriate eye or face protection when exposed to eye or face hazards from flying particles.  At a worksite located at 828 Old Hickory Road, Greenwood MO, employees were exposed to eye injury hazards.  The employer exposed the employees to these hazards by allowing them to utilize a pneumatic nail gun without the use of eye protection.  This hazard was most recently observed on or about 4/23/2024

29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13):Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):   At a worksite located at 828 Old Hickory Road, Greenwood, MO, employees were exposed to fall hazards.  The employer exposed the employees to these hazards by allowing them to work at heights greater than 6 feet without the use of fall protection or mitigation measures in place.  This hazard was most recently observed on or about 4/23/2024.
