29 CFR 1910.23(b)(13): The employer did not ensure that no employee carries any object or load that could cause the employee to lose balance and fall while climbing up or down the ladder.   a) On or about April 24, 2024, at Knights Bridge Station in Lakeland, Florida, employees adding water to the anti-freeze mixing tank (number 3) were exposed to falls, in that, a three-point contact was not maintained due to the need for employees to carry a water hose to fill the tank when climbing up or descending the ladder.
