Electric equipment was used and the following markings were not placed on the equipment:  118104 Perrin Beitel Road, San Antonio, TX: On or about May 1, 2024, and at times prior thereto, a live electrical panel used by employees to turn on and off shop lights, had no manufactures, voltage, current, or other ratings as necessary identified on the electrical panel door.

29 CFR  1910.303(g)(2)(i):Except as elsewhere required or permitted by Subpart S of Part 1910, live parts of electric equipment operating  at 50 volts or more were not guarded against accidental contact by use of approved cabinets or other forms of approved enclosures or by any of the means identified in paragraphs (A), (B), (C), and (D) of 29 CFR 1910.303(g)(2)(i):  11814 Perrin Beitel Road, San Antonio, TX: On or about May 1, 2024, and at times prior thereto, employees were exposed to electrical hazards from a live electrical switch panel whose front panel door was not properly closed and secured.
