29 CFR  1926.451(a)(1):Scaffold(s) and scaffold(s) component(s) were not capable of supporting, without failure, its own weight and at least four times the maximum intended load applied or transmitted to it:  a) Lot #348: On or about May 2, 2024, and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards of approximately 9.5 feet, in that the employer did not ensure that a 2 x 4 wall stud placed over a stairway opening for access by employees was capable of supporting the load of employees tasked with measuring the stairwell opening.
