29 CFR  1926.453(b)(2)(v):A body belt was not worn and/or a lanyard was not attached to the boom or basket when working from an aerial lift:  a). Apartments at Sherwood Way, Bozeman, MT 59715: On May 13, 2014 and at times prior, employees were exposed to catapult and subsequent fall hazards of approximately 22 feet to the ground below while installing metal siding from the 460SJ JLG Aerial Lift.
