29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):  Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501(b):  a)  On or about May 15, 2024, the controlling employer, Fortress Framing, Inc., did not ensure subcontracted employees were protected from fall hazards of approximately 11 feet while engaged in residential framing operations on a two-story home.  This condition exposed subcontracted employees to fall hazards.  Fortress Framing Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA Inspection number 1608444, Citation Number 1, Item Number 1, and was affirmed as a Final Order on February 9, 2023, with respect to a workplace located at 10374 Detroit St. Thornton, CO 80229.  Fortress Framing Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA Inspection number 1608441, Citation Number 2, Item Number 1, and was affirmed as a Final Order on February 9, 2023, with respect to a workplace located at 6107 E. 141st Ln. Thornton, CO 80602.  Fortress Framing Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA Inspection number 1408921, Citation Number 1, Item Number 1, and was affirmed as a Final Order on July 2, 2019, with respect to a workplace located at 11591 26th Ave.  Aurora, CO 80010.
