29 CFR 1910.28(b)(1)(i): The employer did not ensure that each employee on a walking-working surface with an unprotected side or edge that is 4 feet (1.2 m) or more above a lower level is protected from falling by one or more of the systems described in 29 CFR 1910.28(b)(1)(i): MiJack 50 Crane (serial number 1526) On or about and times prior, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards, in that fall protection (swing gate) was not installed on a walking working surface for employees who entered and exited the cab of the MJ Crane ten (10) feet from the lower (ground) level.
