29 CFR  1910.212(a)(3)(ii): Point(s) of operation of machinery were not guarded to prevent employee(s) from having any part of their body in the danger zone(s) during operating cycle(s):  On or about May 21, 2024,  in the flange shear line area,  where an employee was exposed to caught-by and struck-by hazards while using a Flange Shear M52B, without a point of operation guard.   Rigid Global Building LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard CFR 1910.212 (a)(3), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1497524, citation number 1, item number 2 (a) and was affirmed as a final order on December 11, 2020, with respect to a workplace located at 18933 Aldine Westfield,   Houston, Texas 77073.
