Alex Roofing Company, Inc. 19-21 E High St, Union City, PA 16438: Commercial roof- on or about 05/28/2024 and at times prior thereto; employees doing roof work operations at the edge of the structure on a commercial flat roof were not protected from falls of 20-feet to the ground level. Employees were performing roof repair at the edge of the structure.
