Long Island City, NY south side of the property.  Employees were installing siding from the fabricated frame scaffold.  Employees were using a personal fall arrest system consisting of a full body harness and a 6' shock absorbing synthetic webbing lanyard.  The lanyard was connected directly to the frame of the scaffold by wrapping the lanyard around the scaffold frame and connecting the snaphook back to the lanyard.
