29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1):29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1): The employer did not ensure that all places of employment, passageways, storerooms, service rooms, and walking-working surfaces are kept in a clean, orderly, and sanitary condition.  Kraft Mill Area - The employer failed to ensure walking working surfaces in and around the Kraft Mill were free of slip, trip, and fall hazards in the following instances:                                   a.) Walkway leading to the metal balcony, outside the diffuser area with water/fire house running along the center of the platform.                                                          b.) Areas throughout the mill and in the alleyway that have black liquor on the floor or ground surface.
