29 CFR  1910.303(g)(1): Sufficient access and working space was not provided and maintained about all electric equipment (operating at 600 volts, nominal, or less to ground) to permit ready and safe operation and maintenance of such equipment:   a.  On or about June 12, 2024, at the east wall of  warehouse 1: the access to (5)  five electrical panel boxes were obstructed with a standing black fan and wood planks extending over a storage shelf  exposing employees to electrical shock hazards.  b. On or about June 12, 2024, at the east wall of  warehouse 2: the access to (3) three electrical panel boxes were obstructed with cardboard  boxes stacked on a wood pallet exposing employees to electrical shock hazards.
