29 CFR  1926.95(a): Protective equipment, including personal protective equipment for eyes, face, head, and extremities, protective clothing, respiratory devices, and protective shields and barriers, were not provided:  a.) On the Northeast side of the Assembly Shop at the HMGMA, located at 10484 US 280, Ellabell, GA, on or about June 7, 2024, the employer exposed employees to electrical shock and electrocution hazards in that, employees who were tasked to work with energized electrical conductors up to 240 volts, were not provided with gloves rated for electrical work.

29 CFR  1926.416(a)(1): The employer permitted employees to work in close proximity to energized, unguarded, and ungrounded electric power circuits that the employee could contact in the course of their work:   a.)  On the Northeast side of the Assembly Shop at the HMGMA, located at 10484 US 280, Ellabell, GA, on or about June 7, 2024, the employer exposed employees to electrical shock hazards up to 480V, in that employees were in contact with live electrical conductors that were not effectively guarded.
