29 CFR  1910.22(a)(1):29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1): The employer did not ensure that all places of employment, passageways, storerooms, service rooms, and walking-working surfaces are kept in a clean, orderly, and sanitary condition.  At a workplace located at 913 North Odell Avenue Marshall, MO; employees were exposed to fire through combustible dusts located in the blood meal storage area.   Dust was observed on the side wall of the interior of the storage area, and included, but not limited to, a depth of 15 inches of bone meal dust, a combustible dust, on elevated structures and surfaces.
