29 CFR  1926.760(a)(1): Each employee engaged in a steel erection activity who is on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge more than 15 feet (4.6 m) above a lower level was not protected from fall hazards by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, positioning device systems, or fall restraint systems.   a) Jobsite: 417 - 25 Callowhill St, Philadelphia, PA - On or about June 13, 2024, the employer did not protect employees erecting a steel sawtooth shade structure on the roof of a 7 story residential apartment building, within approximately 15 feet from open and unprotected roof edges and approximately 81 feet above the ground level, from fall hazards by the use of a guardrail system, safety net system, personal fall arrest system, positioning device system, or fall restraint system.
