Section 5(a)(1) of the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970: The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm including injuries from struck- and crushed-by hazards:  On or about 06/24/2024, at the backstage entrance of the building, an employee was exposed to struck-by and crushed-by hazards when attempting to roll a Genie Lift (Model AWP-40S) onto the bed of a flatbed trailer.
