29 CFR  1910.22(a)(1): The employer did not ensure that all places of employment, passageways, storerooms, service rooms, and walking-working surfaces are kept in a clean, orderly, and sanitary condition:  a: At 8434 B Afton Lane Port Richey, Florida; On or about June 25, 2024, employees were exposed to fire/flash flame hazards associated with the accumulation of combustible wood dust. The dust present had a Kst of 7.42 bar*m/s. In the shop, combustible dust had accumulated on the floor and upper surface/equipment at an average measured depth of approximately 0.44 inches and occupied an area that was approximately 50% of the room's floor surface area. Enough wood dust was present in the shop to result in 153% of the average minimum explosive concentration for wood dust.  b: At 8434 B Afton Lane Port Richey, Florida; On or about June 25, 2024, the employer did not keep the working areas of the shop floor in a orderly condition, in that, electrical extension cords were laid on the floor in an unorderly manner, exposing employees to trip and fall hazards.
