29 CFR 1910.333(c)(3)(i)(B): An unqualified person working on ground level in the vicinity of overhead lines brought a conductive object closer to unguarded, energized overhead lines than the distances given in 29 CFR 1910.333(c)(3)(i)(A): On or about June 24, 2024, at the worksite, an unqualified employee working on ground level brought an aluminum "downpole" tool with a rake attached to it within 10-feet of overhead, 19,900-volt power lines, exposing the employee to electrocution hazards.
