29 CFR 1910.134(d)(1)(iii):  The employer did not identify and evaluate the respiratory hazard(s) in the workplace; including a reasonable estimate of employee exposures to respiratory hazards and identification of the contaminant's chemical state and physical form:  (a) Throughout the facility; On or about July 11, 2024, and dates prior, the employer did not evaluate employee exposures to respiratory hazards, including respirable and total dust from grain dust generated during the grain handling and conveying process, in areas such as but not limited to, the 1 house basement, 1 house annex floor, 1 house scale room, and the ship loading bridge.
