29 CFR 1904.39(a)(2): The employer did not report within 24-hours a work-related incident resulting in in-patient hospitalization, amputation or the loss of an eye.  On or about June 13, 2024, in a corral chute, an employee suffered an injury while herding a Gemsbock that resulted in a hospitalization that was not reported within 24 hours to the local Area Office of the Occupational Safety and Health Administration.
