29 CFR 1926.503(b)(1): The employer did not verify compliance with paragraph (a) of this section by preparing a written (training) certification record including the name or other identity of the employee trained, the date(s) of the training, and the signature of the person who conducted the training or the signature of the employer:  a. On or about Month July 17, 2024, at 2527 Riverbluff Pkwy, Sarasota, FL 34231, employees were engaged in roofing work; wherein the employees were removing and then reinstalling roofing materials on a low-slope roof, less than 50 feet in width, with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet or more above lower levels, during which time the employer had not prepared a written certification of training for each employee; therefore exposing the employees to a fall hazard.
