29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):   a) Roof: On or about July 18, 2024, employees reroofing a residential structure were exposed to fall hazards over 14 feet high due to a lack of any fall protection being used.   Abatement certification required.

29 CFR 1926.552(a)(1): The employer did not comply with the manufacturer's specifications and limitations applicable to the operation of all hoists and elevators:  a) Driveway: On or about July 18, 2024, employees, performing roofing tasks, were exposed to fall hazards in excess of 8 feet due to using a ladder hoist that was not designed for personnel to climb to the roof of the building.    Abatement certification required.
