29 CFR 1910.95(m)(3)(i)  The employer did not retain noise exposure measurement records for at least two years as required by 29 CFR 1910.95(m):   a) 7505 Grayson Road Harrisburg, PA 17111 - On or about August 1, 2024, employees conducting sanitation tasks were exposed to hazardous noise levels exceeding 90 dBA, and the employer has not developed and implemented a monitoring program.  Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
