29 CFR 1926.760(a)(1): Each employee engaged in a steel erection activity who is on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge more than 15 feet (4.6 m) above a lower level was not protected from fall hazards by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, positioning device systems, or fall restraint systems.  a) New commercial construction located on 2485 Market Place Blvd, Cumming, GA 30041, Upper level: On or about 07/25/2024, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards of approximately 19-feet to the lower ground level, in that a fall protection system was not provided to employees engaged in steel erection activities.
