29 CFR  1926.651(c)(2):A stairway, ladder, ramp or other safe means of egress was not located in trench excavations that were 4 feet (1.22m) or more in depth so as to require no more than 25 feet (7.62m) of lateral travel for employees:  a) 33.40878097361432, -84.68768858569362; Off side of Highway 34; Newnan, Ga: On July 24, 2024, the employer exposed employees to caught-in hazards, in that the employer failed to provide a ladder for employees to egress the trench while they were connecting a pipeline at a depth of 4 foot 10-inches.
