OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees, in that employees were exposed to struck-by and laceration hazards.   a) On or about, July 29, 2024, at 4101 Pine Tree Drive, Miami Beach, FL 33140, employees were exposed to struck-by and laceration hazards when operating an JLG No 75 22 022, 500 lb. max. capacity scissor lift in an area where there were items stored on the floor and limited overhead clearance.
