Facility: On or about August 5, 2024, the employer had not provided training for authorized, affected and other employees to control potentially hazardous energy within the facility when servicing and maintenance is conducted on machinery such as (but not limited to) the 10-ton Owatonna hydraulic shop press and Amp-O-Lectric terminating machines.
