29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):   On or about 8/9/2024, at 6726 SE Lost Pine - Lot 3, Stuart, Florida 34997, employees were exposed to a 14-foot fall hazard while working on a roof without being protected from falling with a conventional fall protection system.  All Phase Roofing, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1679850, citation number 2, item number 2, and was affirmed as a final order on 1/23/2024, with respect to a workplace located at  23090 and 23094 Bel Conto Road, Boca Raton, Florida 33433.
