29 CFR  1926.20(b)(2):The employer did not initiate and maintain programs which provided for frequent and regular inspections of the job site, materials and equipment to be made by a competent person(s):  a) 1020 Phillips Drive, NORTHGLENN, CO 80233: On or about August 2nd, 2024, and at times prior, and at times prior, Precise Roofing Inc, as a controlling employer, did not ensure that employees of Salvador Roofing, were safe from health and safety hazards by conducting effective frequent and regular safety inspections of the jobsite by a competent person, and ensuring hazards, such as but not limited to fall hazards were identified and mitigated while subcontractor employees were conducting residential roofing operations.
