North Bergen, NJ 07047   2nd and 3rd Floor  a: The employer failed to ensure employees were protected from injuries that included but not limited to puncture wounds. The point of operation of a Juki DDL 5550-6 sewing machine was left unguarded while being operated by employees.   b: The employer failed to ensure employees were protected from injuries that included but not limited to puncture wounds. The point of operation of a Sunstar SPS B-1507 HS22 sewing machine was left unguarded while being operated by employees.    Violation occurred on or about August 19, 2024.
