29 CFR  1917.12: The employer did not eliminate, to the extent possible, conditions causing slippery working and walking surfaces in work areas used by employees.  (a) 35 Terminal Road (Providence Port) dockside: On or about 08-19-2024, employees were exposed to slip, trip, and fall hazards, while performing off-loading duties on wet (puddled water) wrapped lumber, creating a slippery surface condition.
