The employer did not have a high temperature alarm for the system.

On or about August 26, 2024, at the external paint area, painters used supplied air respirators, and the employer did not maintain a tag indicating the most recent change date for the in-line filter and the signature of the person who performed the change.  b. On or about August 26, 2024, at the external blast area, blasters used supplied air respirators, and the employer did not maintain a tag indicating the most recent change date for the in-line filter and the signature of the person who performed the change.  c. On or about August 26, 2024, at the cleaning rack area, cleaners used supplied air respirators, and the employer did not maintain a tag indicating the most recent change date for the in-line filter and the signature of the person who performed the change.
