29 CFR  1910.147(a)(2)(ii): Alternative measures were not developed, documented and utilized for the control of potentially hazardous energy when employees were engaged in activities covered by the exception of 1910.147(a)(2)(ii) for routine, repetitive, and integral processes such as minor tool changes and adjustments, and other minor servicing activities.   a) Production Department: On September 13, 2024, and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to amputation hazards, in that alternative measures were not utilized as employees performed blade changes on the Schelling Model FH4 330/310 panel saw with the blade compartment missing an interlock.
