29 CFR  1926.501(b)(11):Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems:  a) At 31100 Fallingwater Loop, Pool House, Loxley, Alabama:  On September 20, 2024; the employer allowed his employees to perform roofing activities without fall protection exposing his employees to a fall hazard of 12 feet 10 inches to the ground below.
