29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):    On or about September 18, 2024, located at 312 Turtle Hatch Rd. Naples FL, an employee engaged in gutter installation work at a residential roof with a slope of 3:12 was exposed to a fall hazard of approximately 15-feet above ground level without a means of fall protection.

29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(6): Ladders were used on surfaces which were not stable and level:  On or about September 18, 2024, located at the jobsite located at 312 turtle Hatch Rd. Naples FL, the employer did not ensure that an employee while descending from a roof fell using a n extension fiberglass ladder that was not set on stable ground was exposed to approximately a 15-feet to the ground.
