29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2):The employer did not initiate and maintain a safety program which provides for frequent and regular inspections of jobsites, materials, and equipment to be made by a competent person (i.e., a person who is capable of identifying existing hazards. (a) On or about 9/26/2024, and at times prior, the employer, Premier Restoration & Construction as controlling employer, did not ensure frequent and regular inspections took place of the jobsite located at 5583 South Jebel Way, Centennial, CO 80015. Sub-contracted employees were observed conducting reroofing construction without the use of fall protection and eye protection.
