29 CFR 1910.1026(k)(2)(ii): The employer did not provide a medical examination annually for affected employees under medical surveillance for chromium (VI) exposures:  a) In the Main Plant, on or about October 3, 2024 - Welders under medical surveillance for chromium (VI) because of their exposure above the permissible exposure limit while welding on the 4AP Line or 23 SBP Line received medical examinations on July 11, 2023, September 21, 2023, and September 22, 2023. The employer did not provide a medical examination annually for these Welders.
